Have been reading on this forum for a while, great information. I did have one question that I have not found too much information on.


When you register a paypal account under a business xxxx, inc with an EIN, and a bank account xxx, inc - will paypal be able to identify the owner of the company?

Of course they can verify an EIN - does not stop them from asking for identity. EIN is also government issued so that's easily verifiable, and more so with the IRS going for revenue...

I understand that an EIN is verifiable, however my question was does PayPal goto that extent to see if it was a limited user a year ago?

The name on the paypal account, and ebay account is not a banned user. The company name is owned by a banned user, which is that name will not be on anything related.

Not making sense to me (then I've not slept).

You are going to use an account in the name of Hoopla Trading which has an EIN. Hoopla is owned by MrEd who is banned on paypal. But you As the JerseyKing will be the person that supplies any required documents for paypal if so asked?

Lol, sorry I myself have been up and running around, I often confuse myself.

MrED is banned from eBay and Paypal.
Hoopla Trading is owned by MrEd, however - eBay and Paypal is under JerseyKing. JerseyKing has never been banned (good address, good ip, good ssn). JerseyKing is on the bank account which is owned by MrEd.

Will paypal ever know MrEd is involved, as MrEd's name is no where on ebay, paypal or anything, he only owns the corporation that holds the bank account.

Yes, paypal will know who you are if you ever get reviewed manually deep.
