Skype and Paypal Question
Ok so Im aware that ebay owns Skype.
Im using a Brother in laws ebay and paypal... Its been going well for a month now.
Im using a laptop at free wifi locations.
The ebay and paypal accounts are well over 4 years old.
Ive sold a few things and made two withdraws.
Tried another a few days later and got limited.
The wanted me to change the password, security questions, and confirm bank. I did all 3 the last one is to verify location.
Well I cant do it by phone because he only has a cell, so he signed up for a skype online number, will that show as a landline?
They need to make an automated call to a landline to give him a code.
Otherwise I can email a copy of his ID but it has his old addy cause he just moved... I guess ill have to photoshop it...
Anyways!
Will the skype thing work?
