Welcome to the forums - sadly it seems like you have not read around the forums yet - encourage you to do so.
eBooks are always problematic.
Confirming your credit card is easy. Invoices you can create with some work. Proof of delivery - you will need to send out something via post.
But, and I do have experience with this, you are unlikely to get your paypal account restored since they do NOT like digital stuff. You can push as far as you want - once you provide the info, call them up but if I were in your shoes, I would get the stealth guide, read around the forums, and count this account as dead.
Sorry to be a downbringer but if you got limited so quickly and especially on eBooks, it's bad news. |
