PayPal gives 30 day warnings before they limit?

When I login to PayPal it says "You have 26 days to resolve before your account becomes restricted". Is this new? Everything they are asking or I can provide but just wondering if this has happened to you guys too?

Never happened to me - yet - I just get auto-limited so sounds like you have time

It sounds like it's limited now, and then you've got 30 days before it's shut down.
