180 days here is my message when i open paypal

Hi i wanna know if there is any miracle solution for that 180days hold is there a program i can use to withdraw the money is there a way i can come out to paypal with a story???

Does paypal gives you the money back after 180days for sure ?

HERE is the message i have when i open paypal

We recently noticed an issue with your account. To see what you can and can't do while your account is limited, go to the Resolution Center.

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
#

Nov 10, 2010: We need some more information about some of your recent sales.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-00.)
This limitation cannot be appealed.

The part that scares me is this limitation cannot be appealed does that mean i will never get my money back??

My Paypal account was limited a week or two ago. The notice said 180 day hold, but when I spoke with PP on the phone, the rep told me that I can request the money after 90 days. So, I guess my question is... has anyone ever received funds after only 90 days?

I want too my money after 90 days!. Crap, how I can coax paypal to receive funds after 90days...

rsot 11-12-2010 10:49 AM

You can coax them by calling them up - that's the only way. Money will be there for 180 days. There is no "story" persay - we have all been there.

You can call them, but don't hold your breath. The smaller the amount, the more likely they MIGHT release the money early. But nothing is guaranteeed with PayPal.

The good news is that I have never seen any CREDIBLE stories of people not gettting their money after the 180 days. If you have any refunds or chargebacks, that amount will be deducted from the balance they owe you.

I agree, the 180 days is a bunch of BS. If they had some sort of evidence of fraud, that would be one thing, but they hold on to far too much money. There are some lawsuits pending against PayPal for this, but it is too early to tell if they will do any good or not.

And be careful. There are websites out there selling an information product that CLAIMS to get all funds released within 24 hours. I bought one of these. They are CRAP! Their big idea is to get a loan on your 401k, or from friends and relatives and use that money, then replace it when PayPal releases your funds.

I have to believe that with all of the experts here, if there were an ACTUAL way to do this, that WORKED, we would know about it.

They said:

"180 day hold, but when I spoke with PP on the phone, the rep told me that I can request the money after 90 days."

Ha Ha, very funny!
You lost your cash buddy!!!
Because after 180 days (ie. half a year), you have lost your obligation to appeal. Read Paypals Policy. "No appeals after 6 months...".
They covered their ass - legally.
Now you need an attorney to get anything back.
And the attorney needs your real name.

Here is what will happen:
1) You wait 6 month hoping that Paypal will be honorable (ha ha ha...)
2) After 6 months (they hope you forgot about your money), then you ask for the money back.
-> Now you will get templated robotic responses back, like this:
"go to this link and... wast time..."
"We need more information... send this..."
"Now send this..."
"Now send more of this..."
"We need your product invoices (from 6 month ago, that you can no longer find)..."
"Please phone us ... and wast more time waiting to talk to an uneducated chump from India, that reads scripts..."
"Your ID is unacceptable..., now send these notarized docs..."
"Now send us more of this..."

And the templated response system loops and loops.

They got me on that too! - for at least 4 accounts.
Did all the proxy, VPN, IP, stuff.

The only way to get a stable eBay/Paypal setup, is to read my main post telling you how.
