San Marino account suspended. Help please

Hello,
I created a stealth PP account in San Marino, after the first payment I recieved I was hit with limitation and PP are now asking for ID docs+Utility Bill.
The fact is that I have NOT these docs, and didn't found a way to make them up...
If anyone can help with this, please PM me, I really need this account back.

i dont think you can get it back even with documents, its the vcc problem now
