Adding Visa to paypal with same name as old suspended account

Hi, my ebay account got suspended last June, I bought the Stealth guide and I created a new ebay and Paypal account. I now have to add a credit card to paypal so I can buy things aswell. My question is, Can I use the credit card with my same name as the old suspended account?? I just got my first credit card in October so they might not detect it and suspend my account?

Well for a credit card you'd have to put the correct billing address so that can link you. You'd be better off getting a vcc and using your paypal balance to buy stuff.
