Adding different kind of vcc to PayPal account and got limited in 1-3 days

Hello guys,

do you guys make new ebay and paypal accounts recently?

Do you notice there is a very high percentage of paypal account got limited 1-3 days later after adding the vcc even you have not verify the 4 digit code?

I would like to know more about it, do you have this problem? Please help

I doubt the VCC was what triggered the limitation. It COULD have, but the chances are small.

By any chance are you using a VPS/VPN?

Nope, it's not the VCC or the VPN I use both successful everyday all day. It's something else your doing. Give us an idea of your steps...

I did not use any VPN or do anything. Just register a new PayPal Account , left it there for months/weeks, and add VCC to it, then wait for the code,

I did not add in the code yet, and it got limited 1-3 days later, it happen to almost to all the accounts recently these few days.

Did you really add vcc to your payal account everyday?

I know stealth very well and i know what to do, nothing wrong with what i do

there is another thread talking about entropay having the same problem

You can add them, but you need to wait a few days to see the limitation.

it says either

"Your account has been limited until we hear from you"

or

"Notification of Limited Account Access RXI019"

For Notification of Limited Account Access RXI019, the email says

Our system detected unusual charges to a credit card linked to your PayPal account.
then i need to add bank account

For "Your account has been limited until we hear from you"

it tells me to Add a credit card to resolve

Everything seems to be working fine with me, I created 2 PayPal's today for personal use and had no problems and confirmed code.

stop talking about your vcc, it is the same range as what i am using and having problem now .. your vcc is dead, wake up your ideas

So let me get this straight you come and ask about vcc and how they don't work for you, and then you get mad when I tell you that its still working marvelously for me.... either buy good vcc or fix your stealth methods. Its one of the two or you just have the worse luck ever

When yours vcc is dead, you dont even know and want to tell people it is working fine.. then as u wish to think... not my problem

i know where u get your cards and i can get it so much cheaper than yours and i am getting it now and have problem .. same BIN Card

SO you tell me yours is working? You did not even know its dead and still wan to sell

Not sure how you guys do it, but I can't use my bank DC because I never want PP to see my real billing address...

As a rule they do not 'see' the info. BUT should a paypal account come down to a manual review/limitation then too info is apparent to them. So the recommendation to be successfully stealth is to use cards completely independent of personal bank accounts.
