PAYPAL limited for buyer account
 

HI

I use my paypal account as send payment to Ebay sellers or online website and paypal mited my account because they said i have too many seller complaint. I bught lot of items online and most of them are not the same item as described on ebay listing and then I disputed the transactions. Therefore, they think i am doing like buyer fraud. so How could reinstate the account or create a brand new. Can you use the same name , info. thank you

If your disputes go over a certain percentage of your gross payments, then you get limited like you did. Best bet would be to create a stealth account, with new info.

I hate simple buyers like you.

You should quit ebay and be a monk so that the bad things you done on ebay sellers will not bring you to H3LL
