Anyone restored account access after 180 days email?

Basically I have just got the 180 days email from Paypal and will explain the situation...

I was selling headphones made in China and over a month period sold just over 180 pieces and for that volume got approx 4 disputes which consisted of 2 unauthorised payments, 1 refund and 1 mistake dispute

Last week my Paypal became limited and my eBay limited (not suspended)

I was requested to provide the usual (Photo ID, Proof Of Address, Invoices, Contact Info, Proof of postage etc)

I also had a step that said I had to resolve issues on outstanding accounts, weird, because this is my only Paypal account so I decided to ring them and was told it had to be mine and couldn't be fraudlent even tho the linked accounts and cards were not mine or in my name. I was also told if I paid the £80 negative balance it would solve the problem so I proceeded - maybe a big mistake but at the moment I am loosing £200 a day and desperate to get back to trading.

That done and I was just about to supply invoices through Paypal and the steps there had gone and I had recieved the 180 days email from Paypal :(

Had I been tricked?

I will be ringing them in the morning and also writing but has anyone had account access restored even at this point?

I run a registered private limited company and my main sales operate through eBay and Paypal so it is vital I am active with them and it is just driving me insane!!!

Yes. They are convinced the other account was yours. So they lied to get the money. Then killed you

Waste of time I'm afraid. You can try, but they wont listen.

You will have to start fresh and go stealth. And I know with your income suddenly stopped its going to hurt. Been there! But every minute you waste fighting with them, and it is wasted, its time you could be spending on getting going again. Stealth is the answer
