PayPal Limited - Will Ebay go Down Too?
 

Hi. My PayPal account that I've had for over 10 years got limited yesterday. So far, my Ebay account is ok (except for a couple of VERO notiffications in the last two months). Will Ebay automatically shut down my account? If so, How long does it usually take?

I have one stealth account, need at least three more with verified PayPal, etc... Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!

From my own experience, I have eBay account(s) that have kept operating when Paypal went down so it is possible that it will never shut down.

My suggestion is to get more accounts going and forget this one if you care a lot about not having your money held. I have had my money always held with this account so I have no problems waiting.

I am working on additional accounts now. I suppose if I get enough going and rotating - it won't hurt as bad as this one did (and at holiday time - no less) if/when they get shut down.

I still have a few listings on my 10+ year Ebay account - including a couple that have closed since the PayPal fiasco. I'm attempting to get the buyers to pay through CCnow.
