PayPal Limited Help/Advice needed
 

Hi,

The PayPal is under my mum's name, spoke to a lady on the phone she said submit the passport + bank statement + Proof of address first. So I did that, however I would need to give a reason for my sales.

I have nearly reached the receiving limit, my only excuse is "Development Scheme (Educational Donation) I am receiving also Free lancer programmer.

^ Yupp while PayPal makes money from other people's money (interest), he/she will not have access to that money for at least 6 months.

you must have to lift the limits you have on a pp account before you get that happen to a the account

what sort of things were you selling

orgy....you need to cover up sensitive info like name and case id
paypal could now id you by the case id,looks like the account is down and out now but in future remember to block out personal info,
get stealth,you will be back before you know it
