Asking about limited paypal
 
I have a problem that I thought maybe someone could help with... my stealth Paypal got limited today.

It says I have to confirm credit card, send a credit card statement, and confirm location. Any ideas on how I can do this or is this account just screwed?

I already confirmed the VCC several days ago and everything was fine... now all of a sudden I'm limited.... any ideas??
