I am stuck....
 

My paypal was limited about 6mths ago.I got the funds available notice but now paypal is not allowing me to put in a new bank account.(The older confirmed one was closed because it was a green dot card and I didn't want to pay the fees)

I can't ask for a check as it is the wrong name /address

what should I do now to get the funds? Any ideas or I'm stuck

I am just guessing here, but maybe convincing them you have moved might work, you would have to call them. Even with the wrong name, I would think you could deposit it.

I called them once and changed my last name over the phone, with no proof, so it really just depends on who you happen to reach. But I bet someone has a better idea...hopefully.
