Plese help with buyers account
 

my paypal is limited because they want me to confirm the credit card and bank..i have added that on.
confirm location too, which i have done so.
I made 22 payments in few days..i think it was around £300 althoughter...that is being held for temporary and being investigated.
Would i get my money back if some sellers refuses to ship the items?
Also is it safe for the seller to to send me the goods while my account is limited.
It's pretty standard to ask the verify my account. It's i need the items fast due to gifts..

This happened to me recently like 2-3 days ago. I made about 20 payments totaling over $300. Everything was put on hold and the sellers emailed me why I made a dispute against them which I did not, but paypals system makes a dispute if you get your money limited. I called in and the lady wanted everything from my id to a ssn. I gave them a ssn and everything was fine, but in your case you would need to provide an id and whatever else paypal wants to get your funds out of hold or else your a gonner for 180 days. I think it is stupid that paypal is doing this for buyer accounts.

paypal is full of it they limited my buyer account im like wtf i can't buy nothing with my own money i had to confirm my photo id, confirm cc, confirm location, confirm bank account and they released it then 2 days later i bought something else and bam limited again and account was locked and they wanted to hold my funds the seller refunded i just told them i'll call my bank and file a chargeback b**ch and a word of advice never talk to women in the limitation department they all suck d**k

They are just getting crazier and crazier...till no one wants to bother w/ them. It's the downfall of what could have been a golden age in online payment systems.
