Got Limited

I need help resolving my limited account i can provide bank no problem and already completed 2 (change password and update security question) now im stuck with Confirm bank and Confirm location. what is the best way to get around this ? this is a stealth ccount. need help pls

Confirm bank...you can either

A)add a personal one
B)buy a Virtual one

and for confirm location

This usually means you have to submit some papers to pass verification, utility bill, rent, etc.

Sometimes as an alternative for confirm location they let you put a credit card, if thats the case for you I can help you just pm me.

i just tried that with vcc but it didn't work and said I couldn't add a credit card because I am limited. "Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem." The other option is to fax an id or cc statement. Weird because Paypal said it was a way I could confirm my address. Could I email or call them up and see if they can accept the vcc over the phone and use my previous address?
