Just got limited and need to confirm location
 

Just got limited and a message that goes, Your account has been limited until we hear from you.

So I updated my paypal account with a new password and confirmed my email address. Then it asks me to confirm my address. Will a VCC credit card work in this step? What should I do?

the same happends to me yesterday: "Your account has been limited until we hear from you." In the Resolution Center i have to send them Utility Bills and/or Credit or Bank Statements with my name on it.

All these happened after my first sell about 88€ on a 1 week old + 0 FB ebay account and after i received the payment via Paypal. My ebay account is linked to it but till now no limitation.

mine was almost 3 months old with 32 feedback. I think its because i usually withdraw 50 a day and today by mistake i did 100. Has anyone successfully confirmed a stealth account after this message and how exactly?

i just tried that with vcc but it didn't work and said I couldn't add a credit card because I am limited. "Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem." The other option is to fax an id or cc statement. Weird because Paypal said it was a way I could confirm my address. Could I email or call them up and see if they can accept the vcc over the phone and use my previous address?

that looks like a hard job, trying an risking means everything. Check your PM!
