How did I get "unverified" and limited?!
 

Is this even possible? I sold some stuff on eBay and got paid via Paypal (mistake, I know) I tried ordering something from Walmart.com and made the payment thru Paypal. Everything went well except when Paypal decided to put a limitation on my account. They said they need more information on a recent withdrawal... WTF? I made a purchase, not a withdrawal.

But anyways, I noticed that my account is now unverified... Why? I paid with Paypal balance. So now, Paypal reversed my payment and its back on my Paypal account but i cannot spend it. I still have to wait for Paypal to decided what to do next.

Has this happend to anyone? What can I do?

I once had them refund me from a chargeback I did on an unreceived item.....then limit my account saying they needed invoices on that transaction. (The refund THEY gave ME.) Huh???

I called them and they admitted the mistake. They screw up, regularly.
