How to keep PP account SSN limit safe while receiving $400+ payments daily

OK say for instance I make an ebay sellers account and paypal account, then link the two, then when I start selling I set to receive payments off various other stealth paypal withdrawal accounts not linked to either accounts. Will paypal pick this information up from ebay and link the withdrawal paypal account with the main ebay/PP linked account, or will I be save with my linked paypal account?

I am dreading the SSN limitation on paypal because then my paypal and ebay account dies. Ive noticed that withdrawals and receiving high payments get you limited eventually unless you go EXTREMELY slow (But I cant do that receiving $400+ payments). Any other ideas?
