'*' How Does Paypal Do Verify VCC's?

Hey guys,

I need to add a new credit card to a stealth account of mine, which just got limited as they think someone logged into my account to make an unauthorized payment etc.

I now need to add a new credit card, and my question is...

How will paypal verify? also, A paypal vcc should work yes?

Not ALL VCC's will work. There are people here who sell the ones that are known to work.

When someone verifies a credit card, they are verifying the DIGITS in your address and your ZIP code. I'm sure that other countries use something similar.

how? well i expect it just goes via visa or mastercard and they just get a yes or no
