 Help with paypal limitation review
Started up a stealth account and took a payment instantly, £150.
Then tried paying a subscription to a forum with the money and now its on a temporary hold.
Paypal are requiring
Photo ID To help confirm your identity, please send us a copy of your photo ID that shows your name and address.
Provide proof of delivery Please confirm that the merchandise was delivered.
Provide more information about payments
Could anyone help me with the above items if I provide details about them?
Im not a good photoshopper if you know what I mean.
