USA paypal limited but I am Canadian
 

OK, I know someone is going to tell me that this has been asked before, but I have searched the forum and caanot find any answers, so i hope you Guys (and Gals) can guide me in the right direction.
I am a Canadian seller, using both US and Canadian based eBay and PayPal accounts. I had one PayPal in the US limited today and they are asking me for a SSN as I have a US (Stealth) address. I can manage to supply all the other documents they want. What should I do?

You don't.. There's no way to provide an SSN with a stealth account.

Why use a US account? We dont get asked for SSN so for now we are at an advantage. There is zero benefit to spoofing a US account from Canada

Ya, account is hooped. Start setting up some CAD accounts is your best bet

US Paypal has its own advantages in terms of verification and such. But as the champ pod has duly noted, if you have the bank accounts to verify, CDN paypal is solid.
