Paypal Limited - Heres my plan...
 

Hi my paypal recently got limited, but i dont need to sell anymore. So can i make another paypal link to a o2 cash manager card. and use with old ebay account for buying? or will i need to make a new ebay account too. Will they limit me by linking if i only buy?,

If you don't care about selling anymore, buying is easy they don't go to hard on buyer accounts. Just do as you please pretty much I've had buyer accounts on banned ips that have lasted years and still up, as long as your selling and only buying they don't care.

While 123 speaks the truth, I would still recommend going fresh on any new account. There will come a time - ha - when you have decent feedback, when you start deciding on selling. Why lose an account with good potential in the future to potential linking?

exactly. Never burn a bridge if you can avoid it. You never know if/when you may want to go back over it
