Finally I have all the info that paypal requested together.

1.ID - Check
2.Utility Bill - Check
3.Invoices - Check.....
4.Delivery confirmation - check

Uploading everything tommorrow morning as soon as I ship off the last item, so maybe hopefully I can shed a bit of light on this gloomy subject and they will lift my limitation.

I will keep everyone posted, I will either happily withdraw my $2800 or I guess look forward to June when I get a bit of bonus I learned to live without LoL.

Obviously didn't get the limitation lifted. Very rarely do PayPal restore accounts, the info they request is just so they get as much dirt on you as possible.
