Would I get limited for two accounts?
 

My personal account has just been limited and I have no way of proving my location due to myself being a minor. Anyway, I've been thinking of opening a Paypal under my sisters name (under her consent) with REAL legit information. Will they limit me again for having multiple accounts under the same IP? Not to mention that one of the multiple accounts have been limited. As soon as I create it, I will verify it via Bank Card before accepting/sending any payments.

don't sign up for another account under the same ip!! they will link you.

Do not do anything until you read the stealth book and know what you are doing.

The IP will link you and will take your account down then you would be hurting your sister from ever having her own account. I would not do that to my family or friends.

Stop and learn what you are doing before you take any more steps.

You cannot use the same IP. You will be gone within hours if not a day.

Welcome to the forums Dervie - read around +/- get stealth guide and you will understand why your plan has flaws. Don't drag family into your antics.

Do not open a account under the same ip thats how they link it ..

More than just IP - cookies, flash objects, etc. but yeah, you get the idea.
