Cannot add cc to confirm location

Hello,

After my paypal account got limited, i was able to confirm bank and all the steps, except for i am not able to confirm my location by adding a credit card.

I tried several cards and all of them would not go thru, i called paypal (on hold for 30 mins) the CSR said nothing could be done until you upload a ID.

I cannot upload id because i used a nickname first and last.

Please advise.

Or should i add a bank account and wait 180 days then do a withdraw???

You must work with pa yp al demands - if you need ID then either create one or have someone do it...have to be creative on this.

If not then yes, you must wait 180 days. Not much else to say sadly.
