i got kicked off ebay and paypal because i began to sell product and sold over $3000 in one week. they called and asked if my product was genuine and i told them as far as I knew. they wanted invoices and all this crap. then told me today that I was on limited access, so I had to refund 51 orders that i had of presale product.

I am new to all this due to the fact i never had a problem and have over 400 positive feedbacks, but they dont care.

How do you go about buying new ebay and paypal addresses without them finding out? I lost the only income I have due to that. I sold ( headphones) over 30 of them in 2 weeks and my customers loved them, never had a single problem.
My site never said they were real. When someone emailed me and asked i said as far as i know i am buying them from a factory rep. Paypal says i never answered them correctly....any ideas ??

Doesnt paypal know its me when i open new accounts thru my computer?

I can understand why paypal said you never answered them correctly. You've about 200 questions over several lines of a post. Really hard to understand.

Space your questions out and make each a different paragraph to help others read any future posts.

That aint gonna Cut it with Ebay/Paypal,, So I can Understand the "You Didn't Answer us Correctly" Comment

As for Headphones,,Let me Guess,,,Dr Dre,,Bose, Pioneer, those are some of The most Counterfeited Brands out there. Brands you Need to AVOID Selling on Ebay

As an FYI...

If you ARE selling headphones from DHgate, ESPECIALLY the BOSE or DR DRE, you can expect an undercover buyer to purchase one from you at some point.

Then, they determine if it is counterfeit or not.

If they determine it is counterfeit, you will receive a letter from their attorneys demanding that you immediately stop selling their client's products, turn over any remaining inventory and profits and pay about $10k in damages. If you ignore them at that point, you can expect to be sued.

That is why you have stealth accounts like us....^^^^
