Sent out a check, a week later my paypal is limited?

So, I recently had my paypal limited. But before then, I had sent out a check about a week ago. The check is recorded on my account and the amount was deducted.

However, I'm still waiting for my check. Will it be accepted by the bank? or will the funds be held by pp?
