Doomed in opening paypal?!
 

Hi guys.

I've been trying to open up Malaysia paypal since half year ago and each time I get screwed! I did all, and I mean ALL that anyone can advise. Below are my steps.

1) Totally new VMWare.
2) Totally new IP ( i restart modem and make sure I get a new IP before opening a new paypal)
3) Register a new paypal once every week.
4) Uses REAL name, address, DOB and contact number
5) Make sure IP is different before logging into each paypal

The only thing is credit card. I used newtools and 123. (I'm not saying it's their VCC's problem) and I even registered new credit card / debit card from my local bank but still gets limited within 24 hours!

Each time I get limited they'll ask for the same docs which I got creative with and they are very convincing and still failed.

What do you think guys? What is wrong? I'm totally frustrated and keep wondering why am I failing to re-open a stealh account even with real details!

Please, some one shed some light.

What exactly are you DOING with the account? Selling right away with no feedback? Selling high risk items? Need more info on operation.

No I haven't link to eBay yet. I only register for paypal and didn't register for any ebay.

Once I registered, within 24 hours, bam! limited!

i have the same problems too, it seems using VCC without adding a valid bank account will be banned no matter what VCC you use.

Hmm could be the VCC is being screened by pa yp al - what kind of IP? Malaysian?

its probably that you are from a foreign country and they are going to ask for this stuff anyways. so i dont think there is any way around it to be honest.

williamlee you should call paypal than keep trying create new paypal each weeks, am affraid it makes the flag on your name/address/details getting higher

Yes I'm using Malaysian IP, but do note that I'm opening a Malaysian paypal.

@kyouichi - really? hm..but I think it's very wasteful if i were to add a bank account and found out after 24 hours it'll be limited.

@motorfinger - the reason they gave is "unsual activity on your credit card", do not that this happens even if i were to use real credit card!

Oh my, anyone have anything to comment please?

I just wanted to suggest a new way to connect to paypal like a dongle.


Its a way to single out what could be flagging the paypal account.



It could be that the whole range of your Ip is banned,

Maybe someone in your area did alot of dirt on paypal

you can try with a new router. Different brand. it will change mac, ip, everything

I don't think ebay detects you via your mac.

Could be the whole range I guess? Really? Hm..if that's the case I'm terribly unlucky!!
