Paypal Limited-Confirm Credit Card
 

hello, I got limited and paypal is asking for DL, CC Statement and Confirm Credit Card. I'm a creative guy so the first 2 are easy but the third one I'm having problems with. Anyone know how I can confirm the credit card. I heard the CC has to match the zip code something to do with AVS. I tried the search and didn't get a clear answer.

Anyone who has ever got limited and asked to confirm credit card what method did you use? giftcards? VCC with AVS (Recommend me a seller with fast turnaround) Paypal is temp robbing me of over $1,000. I need to fix this asap.
