Paypal Banned me from thier service because I have to many different accounts.
 

Paypal suspended me this morning because I had to many linked accounts. I tried to explain to him that was when I first started with paypal but he had no sympathy for me and just said he's going to leave a note on my account that I suspended indefinentely. Some of my accounts had negative balances and they were all taken care of back in October. I thought I would be good to go but when I tried to put 200 dollars on to my debit card from paypal the payment was reversed and my account was limited. What do you think happened.

Your a risk with your negative balances so you have been booted. Unless you were getting hounded by collections there was no point paying them.

i brought the book and read it. I think my only option now is to buy a paypal and ebay account. Get a new user name on my pc, erase my cookies, and change my IP. How would that approach work for me?

If you've got the book you have no need to buy accounts.

Buying Ebay accounts that are already made would be OK because a lot of people that read the Ebay stealth are newbies, so they risk first time errors etc I would recommend buying an Ebay and Paypal account. Also don't forget to use a VPN or you will be linked and limited/suspended etc
