Paypal asking for bank account verification
 

So Paypal is asking me to verify the bank account I used by entering in the full account number. Having some trouble locating it so I'm on to plan B.

I have already opened a new paypal account, just waiting for the VBA to verify it(thanks 123!).
I have already un-linked the old paypal with the ebay account it was being used with.

Now my question to the more experienced users-

I still have 2 pending cases on ebay. If funds are refunded to me, will I be able to claim them on the new PP account once it is linked to the old ebay or should I just call it a loss and not risk having the accounts linked & limited?

Do not ever use old banned/limited Pa yP al or eB ay to connect with other accounts. You are asking for trouble.

Exactly - simply unlinking a Pa yp al from an old eb ay account is NOT enough to make it clean. You have to go completely fresh.

The fleabay is clean & in good standing.

The pp is not officially limited(yet.) Just asking to verify bank account information. I can still send/receive money no problem...Just cant get to anything under the "My Account Tab."

I have removed the old pp and want to link a new fresh & clean pp to the fleabay act that I have pending cases (for items I bought.)

Will linking a fresh account to the old clean fleabay account screw me up and will I be able to receive the 2 refunds to the new account?

I dont think the PP is going to cause an issue since it hasn't been officially limited...
