Problem with vba
 

After explaining my situation, that I needed a stealth pp acct, a seller on this site sold me verified bank info and told me I had 24 hrs to use it. He collected my $ but didnt bother to tell me this service would not solve my problem. I have some cash sitting in the stealth account and cannot get it out.
I am a noob but I have been reading all I can here :)
I changed my IP address (undetectable VPN thru my own private VPS) to match my stealth address before I verified the vba, and I used ie9 "inprivate" mode to thwart any lingering cookies.

He said I only had 24hrs to use it, and it has been 12hrs already and he didnt reply for PMs. Since I only have 12 hrs left I hope someone else can advise!

The bank acct did verify me, but my account was immediately limited. It says:

-Confirm your bank account
Confirm your bank account to help confirm your identity.(Alternatives available)

-Confirm Identity
We need to confirm that you're the account owner.(Alternatives available)

did you verify the micro payments?


And what are the alternatives for the second part? You might just nees to get the expuse code with is not that though.


did they hit you with the asking for ssn and supplier info?



If not you could still save this account by getting the expuse code and calling them up nicely and telling them you already verified the account. It happened to me before but i had my own bank account.

No micropayments made, no SSN demanded. They ask for 2 things:

The VBA seller didnt tell me what bank but paypal listed it, I will see if I can get the expuse there, good idea.

UPDATE
Logged into my 24hr vba and there is $0 balance. So I think pp cannot charge the account. It is odd in my pp acct I click to confirm the bank account and it says it already confirmed and primary. So perhaps I have to provide a statement? Which would be impossible since it doesnt exist ;)

I recommend you get the stealth book if you haven't already, you seem to have a lot of questions that are covered in there already. The biggest mistake you made that got you limited was making an account in California and then using an ip in Dallas, TX. Your ip should be in the same state that you have registered on paypal just adding a new address in another state and then logging in 5 mins later and doing a withdraw is a big NO NO doesn't look good, that looks very fishy and thus why you were limited. As for the withdraw limit of $500, you need a vcc to lift that. A vba is for verifying the account. Seems like this account is done for made too many mistakes on it, better to just start fresh but I recommend you buy the aspkin ebook before doing so cause it will help you out immensely. Just take this as a learning experience and learn from your mistakes.
