paypal account permanently limited new user help please
 

hello guys, im a new member and i came across this website and was wondering if i could get some help... i recently had my paypal account permanetly limited but heres my story.. i had my original paypal account permanently limited because i sold stuff on ebay before i had the item in my possession (which was a really dumb idea) then unfortunately my supplier ran out of the item i was selling and i took too long to find a replacement... anyway, the claims started rolling in... i refunded all the buyers but my account was still limited... next i provided paypal with all of the necessary info to get my back normal, but to no aval. then i recently opened a new bank account and paypal account but paypal said they no longer offer services to me because i have multiple accounts... now i tried calling and emailing paypal but no one really cared... then i asked my sister to open an paypal account and lol, i also got her banned and now she thinks im a scumbag... i know most everyone will respond with read the stealth book, but will really work for me? ive had 2-3 different ebay accounts and 2 paypal accounts... then i even got my sister to open a paypal account for me but i also got that banned... either way i could really use some help... im going to read the stealth book but again will this work for my particular situation in opening new paypal accounts for my sister and i?
