Paypal want Invoice - I have sent - No reply yet?
 

Hi,

I had been selling Nike sport shoes on Ebay. Paypal limited my account and asked for invoices and tracking numbers. All my items have been delivered and as far as i am aware Paypal have given me the green tick to say tracking information is ok. But...I sent them 2 invoices from my suppliers - UK and Chinese Supplier last Thursday 24th March and Friday 25th March but still not had any reply from them.

Does anyone know how long they take?

Is there anything else I can do?

Please help..I really need my money back as I was relying on it to pay my rent else I could get kicked out of my house :(

your best to ring them idiots and ask whats going on,tell them you sent the docs they wanted

in the mean time get yourself some backup accounts ready

Yes best bet is to call them up and speak politely.

Phone them WITH all your info, password etc. Be polite, ask for a supervisor and explain your case.

Sometimes paypal take an age to give an answer. Depends on LUCK.


Be aware though that NIKE items might have a glitch as they are vErO

I think sending them your invoice from China sealed the deal...

Once they see the words 'CHINA' they will close your account!

You uploaded Chinese invoices, then a UK one. All your tracking numbers correspond to trainers coming from china. I've told you through PM's, dropshipping from China will lead to dead accounts.

Chinese Nike supplier? are they all legit the invoices?

even if the product is all legit when sending invoices from chinese companies especially when selling VERO paypal can get very suspicious.
