Made a big mistake
 

On my ebay, I used my real address (used with old limited account) to get an item shipped using stealthed paypal as payment. After two purchases, my paypal account is limited! Thankfull eBay is safe but only problem is that Paypal has $200 on the account which i need to use.

So I have the limitations where i just do the easy stuffs ie. change password, change security questions, confirm bank, etc.

The only thing i need to do is send a utility bill and submit a contact supplier info.

I can get creative with the utilty bill since it's a stealth paypal, but I dont know what to do with the supplier info (they just want name and number).

Not too sure if I can post this here but it sounds like you are all sorted except for the bit in the last paragraph you wrote.

Why not just make a new number via a new mobile sim or a local land number with a voip service and if they ring answer it yourself and do the do.

With regards to name.... maybe pick an industrial estate with unit numbers etc.

Anyway I am from UK so things may work different here... just thought I'd put some ideas in your head.

I also think you should not have used any old accounts that have had problems as it will cause linking evetually.

I have been in this situation in UK before with a legit account, so I sent all docs all legit, but even after that they did not fix my account - and now they ave my id on file - sly tacticts - I should have been more wiser.


But listen... I am new so I could be totally wrong on assessing your situation so I recommend waiting to see what other have to say.

I also feel eb accounts dont matter as much as pp accounts as its slightly harder to open pp than eb accounts and for other reasons.... pp accounts is what gets you the physical cash (the financial bank boys) whereas eb accounts are just the monkey for the organ grinder where there is no big risk for money loss

yea..it was those one time mistake. I guess I've been caught up in other things. I knew I should have made a buyer's account but what can i say ~ poop happens.

I'm just gonna call them and say i have the "receipt" but the store closed because of the recession.

Find a authorized supplier via google that sells the items you have been selling. Then google contact info. IMO - Chances are they wont check it out.

same issue here. Since i used a stealth account, i need to get creative with the utility bill. How can i get one done?

why would they want supplier information? is that something on risky items? I sell tools, I get them at probably 30 different locations so is that something that will affect me?? I wouldnt think so though.

Being creative with a utility bill is fairly straightforward if you can use the tools?!

Look at your most recent utility, notice the address and name is different to your pay pal account? Get creative ;)

If you can't use tools then ask around.
