Question my PP account- 174 days have passed since the limitation...

Hi guys,

this is the email paypal sent me at 10/6/10 (nothing about 180 days):

My 180 days ended 2 days ago - just go in to the account and withdrawl like usual, after the 180 days. Mark

did they sent you 180 days ago the same email they sent me?
they said something about withdraw after 180 days in the email they sent you?

You usually (not always but usually) receive an e-mail saying that your Pa yp al account remains limited but funds are available to withdraw.
