 Paypal limited, asking CC statment, can I create one?
My Paypal account was limited last month, and asking a bunch of stuff such as photo ID, CC statement, tracking info etc. The question is, I heard someone said here that you can be "creative" for the document. Since I used a simon visa giftcard on Paypal, so I guess there is no credit card statement. They are asking a statement which has the same info as the credit card I have on file.
My question is, can I just modify a regular credit card statement such as a Citibank statement, then send it to Paypal? Will it work or make the situation even worse?
I just did a research, seems each CC issuer has it's own ID number(Bank Identify Number or whatever), so I guess Paypal will easily find my card is not a Citibank credit card
