New to Forums... Paypal(s) limited just want to start fresh
 

I have had 3 paypal accounts all in the past 4-5 years all become limited over time. my last account that i have used for 3 years became limited 3 weeks ago.

i sell sports cards an need to sell a good majority of them asap. But i am currently with out a paypal account.

I found this website an was looking to see if anyone could point me in the direction of how to open up a new paypal account. I have a credit union bank account that has not been used to open a paypal account before. I just want to know how i wont have this account be limited. Any help is appreciated. I would love to buy or look at one of those stealth guides but need paypal to pay for some. an i dont know which ones are hoaxes.

You can buy the real stealth guide (click link) via this website only.

You should buy it and read it before you open another account and make the same mistake as you did with the previous 3 PP accounts.

Or you could search this forum, it has all the information, thought it will take longer than if you just bought the stealth guide.

This is a forum made up of a LOT of people who can vouch for the stealth guide. Alternatively, you can read around the forum and piecemeal info but the guide is well-written and simplistic.
