Confirm a credit card by using a VCC.

Confirm your address by providing them with a utility bill or bank statement.

Happens to all of us at some point...this is standard PP procedure.

is a israel account and i m not from israel

i hav'nt a utillity bill

then, there is no solution for you because any bill won't show the info they need from you and hence this account will stay limited forever.

Why don't you give this info in your opening thread then

If all you need is a utility bill, then you don' really have a big problem to solve to be honest, just get creative as everyone says!
