Paypal cant confirm billing address with card on file
 

okay i have seen this question asked in the paypal UK but im not in UK. Anyways I signed up for a bank account at chase. I got my debit card in my mail and I went on to paypal to lift my limits and entered the card information. When I entered it I got this message "We were unable to verify the billing address for this credit card. Please enter the address where you receive billing statements for this credit card below. Please refer to the automatic email we have sent to assist you."

So obviously I cant enter my REAL billing info. So does this mean I have to get a verified paypal vcc or is there another option that I don't know about?

Make sure there's at least $1 in your bank account. Your PP address should have matching street number and zip code as your bank account. The street name can be different. It would be good to use a real address (different from your real address) in case they decide to do a db search.

Make sure you have money in your bank account, also some debit cards need activating, well I have had to do this in the UK before anyway.
