Adderss verification "In Progress" 2 weeks later

So I got limited submitted some docs for address verification, and its been at least 2 weeks now and it still says in progress. I tried emailing paypal but got an automated response. Should I call them?

p.s. How did you send your docs in? Also, was it only address verification to remove the limitation?

Definitely call them - I have had one that was reinstated as soon as I called them to confirm documentation receipt.

thenx. It was the 3 step process, change password, confirm email (i think) and verify address. I uploaded the docs. will call and let you know what happens.

called up PP. and got my account restored. just told them that it said "in progress", the person said yes i see. And they restored the account. kind of odd. I guess they were just seeing if I was a real person.
