Question about PP limit
 

Hi guys! I hope you can help me to resolve this problem be cause I’m not sure what to do now.

Ok I was limited few days ago. Paypal is asking for invoices, supplier info, proof of shipping etc. I can provide this. But they’re also asking for my business license which I haven’t.

So first question: is it necessary for eBay seller to have a business license? I sell one type of product, total worth last month was about $6000.
I’m thinking about to write them that I don’t have one.

And there’s second question: if they’ll tell me that I will need to get it what’s the procedure of getting this license?

Chances are slim they're going to reinstate your account even after your supply all the information. You can try to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ the information but that is not suggestible. Your best bet is to wait 180 days to withdraw your money. Be more careful next time.

The reason they're doing this is because you're are either (A) close to or (B) have already surpassed the $20,000/200 transaction limit for 2011 where they need to send you a 1099 in 2012.

PP will ask for SSN and supplier info when you're at (about) 15k in sales annually.

Make more accounts, spread out sales.
