PayPal Account Limited - Linked
 

Hey guys,

My cousin's PP accounts got linked to my suspended PP account. I'm not sure how it happened as he has been using this PayPal for over a years now.

He phoned paypal twice yesterday, the first guy he talked to was quiet friendly, he told my cousin to provide his supplier's details and invoices and he trust him that the other account is not his.

So after sending them all the details my cousin phoned them again, now this 2nd guy he talked to was like, he is ok with all the documents but he cant restore his account as long as my cousin does'nt bring any negative balances to zero and resolve all complaints for linked account. :doh:

Anybody have the information handy on how you go about claiming innonence and telling them the previous account wasn't yours?
