Completed steps but still limit remains.
 

I have a PayPal limitation and there is a 5 step process to remove the limitation


Confirm your bank account - Done

Change password - Done

Update security questions - Done

Change password - Done

Confirm Location - Pending.

Confirm Location - Two options available 1) Add CC and 2) Provide documents.

I went for the first as this is a stealth PayPal and not in my name. I got a AVS VCC from 123 and added it successfully and also confirmed card with the PP Code. The card was verified and the bonus added to PP but still the

Confirm Location - shows Action Required.

What can I do to remove the limitation.

If you have followed all the steps then I would call them up - some other folx have said to keep clicking through and that will solve it.

I have called them up and had account restored after doing steps required.

email them via pp account, they will action it from there, I never call unless I have to.
However when I have called, I have always got good results, they treat you more as a person.

I have already emailed them through PayPal Contact Us option and got an automated message. I am afraid to call as the account is a stealth account with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and I would not sound like an American as its a US PayPal account.

I have the same problem. They asked me my SSN. I gave them and they said they can't find it. It's because my SSN is not in the database yet. What can I do?
