deliberate get limited method

does anyone hear of the method where you get limited deliberately at start on ebay and paypal and that way you submit docs and less likely to be bothered again, ie whe you are in full swing later on

Some folx have done this by deliberately pushing sales.

Yeah...but if you cant come up with all the stuff they may ask for...THEN WHAT?? Just wrecked an account for nothing...Right?? I dunno...having a BAD MORNING. HA!

maybe contact paypal and telling them that you have a business and decided to sell on ebay to get rid of excess inventory, and that you heard horror stories about paypal limiting/suspending peoples' accounts and if there is anything that you can do to prevent that because you would need the money that is generated from paypal to pay for your business expenses.

This will just get them snooping around your account. The key is to stay under the radar.

@OP, hmmm, it is a tought one because my view is that eBay are much likely to accept stealth documents for an eBay memebr who has amazing selling history etc

If you understand what I am saying...

OP I do not think you will ever be in full swing with eb.

If you did all of this work and later on made a mistake that triggered a review then you will have to start all over again and send even more info.

So the answer is no, just cruise along until they ask for it.

My first account got limited because I logged in on different computer using proxi server (didn't know you couldn't do that, and our school blocks access to PP so that was the only way on).
I bet any new act would get the change password/ update security questions/ confirm location test if you do this.
Can anyone confirm this?

^ Very likely to happen when using PayPal. It is built into their security system.
