Red thru the seatlh guide a few times very interesting.

However I am not too sure about one thing.

Paypal Au after you put $1000 through your account will place it on temporary hold and ask for a number if things.

1) provide tracking for 5 or so items
-> not a problem easy to do

2) provide proof of address via a ultitly bill
-> now if you are using a variation on ur real name or a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name this can be done easilty by photoshoping an exisitng bill.
-> However do Paypal have the ability to verify this info (ie who lives at ur stealth address, the ulitly bill acount number etc - if so how do they verify this?

3) provide proof of identity via a passport, DL, boirth certificate
-> now can paypal verify any of these with thrid parties?
-> can they verify ur passport number, DL number. Birth Certificate details? If so how?
-> do the use scanning software on the photos?


Because essentially if they can then using the method of a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/address as suggested in the Stealth Book would then be redundant.

Paypal are just a company. I don't know about in OZ but over here we have the Data Protection Act and your details cannot be shared.

Obviously some details are in the public domain and you need to educate yourself as to which these are and act accordingly.

2. PP will verify it if they choose to. All depends on who looks at the file and your type of activity. There is no real measure against this except to try (Has worked alright for me under stealth info).

3. PP can also verify this but if you think about it - hundreds of ID per day vs. manpower and COST to do so? I would figure odds are good in stealth favour unless your ID is such a shoddy job.

Yes I understand the numbers thing but it has been raised in other threads that they may have access to DL numbers in states and use Veda Advantage to verify DL number, passport numbers etc with real people - however no one has really adressed these queries at all with a definitive answer!

That's true and I guess I can provide no new info to you since I have no experience with this yet - sorry.
