After 180 Days and I still cannot withdraw HELP!

Hi Guys,

I have an account which is limited 185 days ago. Today I have tried to withdraw to my Credit Card but 5 minutes later i have received that message:
Date: 28.05.2011
Time: 21:54:49 GMT+03:00
Status: Reversed

Your transaction was cancelled because your account was restricted on 28.05.2011.

What is going on with Paypal? I couldnt withdraw my money after 180 days

Please Help!

Why don't you e-mail PP and see what they tell you?

Just withdraw again and it will pass through, its a bug

he must have tried it already as it was on the last month.

He's probably trying to figure out how to phone ,e-mail and hit the withdraw button. He must not want to appear too clueless and post lame questions.
