Default Started to get business from eBay - Now PayPal limited (180 Days)

Hi,

My business on ebay just started to move on but now my PayPal which has 1500USD on file got restricted for 180 days. I provided them all the documents but dont know they still limited it.

Can i appeal it? If not, what other options do I have to? Should I make a new account and start recieving money from eBay or it will get restricted again?

Appeals will depend on why you your account got closed and the grounds upon why your are appealing, your argument. Never appealed myself so not fully sure.

You should wait 45-90 days and then you could contact PayPal about having your funds released earlier than the 180 days. Many people have had success with this. Just do some research, you have enough time

If you make new, you must go stealth. You can appeal but usually the 180 days is the death of the account.

Yeah, long term accounts need to ALL be 'fresh'. A lot less problems in the future.

^ Yes you do, this is how eBay/PayPal works.

It is hassle in terms of building selling history again, but at least you have a solution.

Did PayPal say WHY they closed your account? Repeating the same steps on a stealth account will lead to the same result. You need to figure out why you were limited in the first place.

To gain feedback you need to buy items on ebay which is what most of us will do most of the time. But to buy items you need funds in your paypal. If you have a bank account linked to your paypal for verifications and have no funds in your Paypal, is it safe for Paypal to get money directly from your bank account so that you will be able to pay for your items? Or how should you pay with a new paypal?

Once again your bank info is supposed to be real to make a bank account while Paypal has your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info.
