Paypal account not suspended/banned can i use it?
 

Well, my ebay account is suspended but nothing is wrong with my paypal account ( is register on the suspended account ) my question is, i created a stealth ebay account can i use old account if i change the primary email on paypal and delete que old one?

No cause that would link your new ebay account to your suspended ebay account. Paypal will know instantly. They might not ban it instantly but they will very quickly.

Exactly - a matter of time but hey, if you got time to spend, could try while creating new accounts on the side.

I have found that if operated correctly and SLOWLY you can last a little while when adding a new paypal to such accounts - but you have to go extra slow as not to draw attention to your accounts.

HOWEVER in the long run this model is doomed.

You need to go fresh with everything and all information should not be linked to any previously suspended account. Also making sure you follow all the steps within the stealth guide such as changing IP etc.

Do what you do with that account.

Just get some fresh stealth accounts going alongside.

Don;t do it - you're just wasting time and asking for trouble - start completely anew - you're going to have to do it one day
